> 研究領域

旋花科進化研究組重點關注旋花科植物間的進化關系,采用比較基因組學為主,代謝組學為輔的研究手段。目前主要研究內容為:I. trifida,I. triloba,I. batatas和I. nil基因組的深度注釋;菟絲子和牽牛花的比較基因組學研究和次生代謝產物分析。

楊俊,男,籍貫安徽,師從張鵬研究員,建立和優化了我國主栽甘薯品種的高效組織培養和遺傳轉化體系,用于淀粉品質改良和甘薯抗性育種。2011年獲中國科學院博士學位和中國科學院優秀畢業生榮譽稱號。2012年榮獲ProSPER.Net-Scopus青年科學家獎,同時接受德國洪堡基金會(Alexander von Humboldt Stiftung)邀請于2013年8月前往柏林馬普分子遺傳所從事獨立研究,主攻多倍體基因組組裝難題。目前致力于比較基因組學研究。擔任《Frontiers in Plant Science》雜志多倍體領域客座副主編。
