功能性食品代謝生化研究組
> 研究領域

研究組主要聚焦于利用分子生物學、生物化學、遺傳學及組學的方法對石榴中水解單寧代謝途徑的調控進行研究。我們的長期目標是為了更好地理解石榴中水解單寧的合成和積累是如何進行調控的,從而為提升石榴的營養價值,為其作為功能性食品進行開發利用奠定科學基礎。

2、建立石榴候選基因功能特征的轉化平臺
3、發掘石榴組織中心的次生代謝物或特殊代謝產物

田莉博士本科畢業于南開大學生物化學專業,自2016年1月起,受聘于上海辰山植物園上海市資源植物功能基因組學重點實驗室,擔任兼職研究員,功能性食品代謝生化課題組組長。她的研究主要聚焦于植物中化學成分的生物合成與調控,從而為植物營養成分改良以及在逆境下更好生長提供科學基礎。
